Biden: My state will not be a third term for Obama

US President-elect Joe Biden said that his presidential term would not be a third term for former President Barack Obama, of whom Biden was his deputy. Biden added, in a statement to the American NBC channel, that this is not Obama’s third term because the world is completely different from what it was in the past.
